When requesting a Payout to PayPal, funds will usually be deposited to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days. In rare cases it may take longer. You can always check the status of your Payout in Transaction history: Go to the "Wallet" page and tap on "More details" under "Total earned".
In some cases the payout may become Unclaimed, Denied, or Cancelled. Please see below the potential reasons and how to resove it.
Unclaimed Payout
An unclaimed payment is a payment that your recipient hasn’t accepted yet. There are a few reasons why your payment might be unclaimed:
• The recipient hasn’t signed up for a PayPal account yet.
• You sent money to an email address that the recipient hasn’t added to their PayPal account. As soon as they add the address to their account, the money will show up in their balance.
• The recipient is still deciding whether they want to accept your payment. (This can happen if you don’t have a Confirmed address.)

How to Resolve it?
If you see the option "Cancel transaction" in the transaction history - press it. The transaction will be cancelled, the funds will be returned to your account, and you will be able to redeem them to the correct PayPal email.

After 30 days, an unclaimed payment is automatically canceled.
Denied Payout
The official explanation from PayPal is:
"If your payment was denied, it means that the recipient chose not to accept it."
From our experience, the payment can be automatically denied if the recipient account is not eligible to accept payments (Due to country or other restrictions).
How to Resolve it?
When the payment is Denied - the funds are automatically returned to your WeAre8 wallet and you can redeem it to a different PayPal email that is eligible to receive payments.
In order to figure out why your account is not eligible to receive payouts and fix it - please contact PayPal Support.
Canceled Payout
Payout can be canceled in following cases:
• Payout was unclaimed for more than 30 days and was automatically canceled by PayPal.
• You have canceled the Payout from the transaction history.
• WeAre8 support team has cancelled the the Payout upon your request
• WeAre8 Moderation team has cancelled Payout if it was incorrect or it has reason to believe the Payout was fraudulent.
How to Resolve it?
When the payment is Canceled - the funds are automatically returned to your Weare8 wallet and you can redeem it again.
